FRENCH INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS WITHIN DISCIPLINE "FRENCH LANGUAGE FOR SPECIALISTS IN DOCUMENTATION"
Abstract
The article gives the analysis the possibility of using documents without breaking laws of theFrench intellectual property rights, provides examples of recent litigation on this issue, discussesProblems of the legality of the collection and use of documents and works, French in this case,constantly faced the documentalists in their work.
