IMPLEMENTATION AND PROTECTION OF THE CONSTITUTIONS (STATUTES) OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION SUBJECTS BY THE POPULATION
Abstract
The article offers a general description of mechanism for the implementation and the protection of the constitutions (statutes) of the Russian Federation subjects. Special attention is given to the population as a subject of the constitutional law in this mechanism. Forms of implementation of constitutions (statutes) of the Russian Federation subjects are considered. Particular emphasis is made on the constitutional (statutory) courts of the subjects of the Russian Federation.
