Legal Rhetoric: A Precious Part of Legal Theory

Abstract
The work discusses a modern comprehensive systemic study of the problems of legal rhetoric as an important legal basis for: a) the application of legal technique; b) the implementation of the constitutional principle of adversarial proceedings in court; c) the development of legal speech culture and, drawing on it, general legal culture; d) high-quality criminal, civil, arbitration and administrative processes. Here has been confirmed the direct influence of Eurasian legal rhetoric on: a) the formation of democratic, legal and social states; b) development of the Eurasian legal understanding, corresponding legal consciousness and legal culture in the general public; c) the formation of a single Eurasian civil society on the continent. The significance of legal rhetoric for the optimization of lawmaking, law formulation and law enforcement processes is clarified. The predetermining role of legal rhetoric for the development, evolution and modernization of current procedural legislation and its effective application into the life of society is substantiated. Here has been stated the need to strengthen the development of legal rhetoric as a significant basis for implementing high-quality justice and optimizing the judicial system. The relevance of the obtained results lies in the fact that the stated theoretical propositions, proposals, recommendations, and conclusions have practical application. They can be useful for more precise wording of laws and regulations, including the aspect of unifying terminology, as well as in education aimed at updating citizens on the legal aspects of the law and enhancing their legal awareness and legal culture.
