Issues and Ways of Recording Obscenities in Transcript of Interrogation

Abstract

The article considers the methods of recording obscenities in the transcript of interrogation currently used by representatives of the pretrial investigation authorities while investigating crimes of insult. The research is a case study of valid transcripts of interrogation of persons who are witnesses, victims and accused within this category of criminal cases.
