The presence of defects in legal acts requires reopening the issue of improving activities that allow correcting and replenishing the provisions of regulatory legal acts. The article analyzes approaches to the interpretation of legal norms, identifies problems of interpretation. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that the correct interpretation of legal norms is necessary. For these purposes, the author proposes the use of different methods of interpretation in combination.
