LEGAL LINGUISTIC RESEARCH – IMPORTANT PART OF LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
Abstract
The article stresses the significance of evidence in legal proceedings, which confirm any of the facts by an expert, otherwise the fact loses its probative force. The study of the definite purchase contract shows the necessity of consulting the experts in the field of legal-linguistic research.
