NOTION OF «PATRIMOINE» IN FRENCH PROPERTY LAW
Abstract
In the article, the author analyses the notion of patrimoine in French law. Based on a research of French laws the author reveals the exceptions from the classic theory of patrimoine in property law, which are concerned with the emergence of new legal institutions.
