The electronic open-access journal has been published quaterly since 1999.
The concept of the journal:
The journal is a unique research project. Its purpose is to promote the development of legal linguistics, a new branch of language research. The journal makes special efforts to overcome disciplinary boundaries and is a forum for researchers who deal with various controversial issues arising at the border of language learning, law and conflict management. In their publications, scientists are looking for new tools and methods for studying legal communications, legal writing, linguistic expertise, language policy and legal education. Members of the editorial board seek to release a journal that is not the main one and is open to new ideas.
The journal contains the following sections:
Legal communication. Speech offenses. Legal hermeneutics. Legal technology. Language of law. Suggestive function of language and speech manipulation
Linguoconflictology. Forensic linguistics. History and current state of legal linguistics in various countries of the world.
